1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the services offered by OMNIA.AI: AI voice agents, automated customer support, business workflow automation and lead generation / qualification.

2. Access to the services

OMNIA.AI services are provided on quote, after a preliminary audit assessing feasibility, scope and technical terms. No contractual commitment is made before a written proposal is signed.

3. OMNIA's commitments

• Design and deploy the automations described in the accepted proposal.
• Keep all information shared by the client confidential.
• Provide human follow-up for the whole duration of the contract.
• Include escalation to a human operator on automated flows.

4. Client's commitments

• Provide the access, content and information required to run the project.
• Use the services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Pay for the services according to the agreed schedule.

5. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in our cookie and privacy policy.

6. Limitation of liability

OMNIA.AI uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and quality of its services. It cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure, improper use, or indirect damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Missouri.
